Should I work with a lawyer?

Although an attorney is not required by the FINRA, it is generally advisable. Securities Arbitration practice is different from most other types of litigation or dispute resolution, and an attorney experienced in the procedures utilized in FINRA arbitration will greatly enhance your ability to get your story told in an effective and timely manner to a qualified panel of arbitrators. While many business litigators are willing to accept cases against brokerage firms, unless they are sufficiently experienced in this specific area of securities arbitration, it may be best to interview attorneys who concentrate their practice in these areas.

Bryan Forman and the Forman Law Firm, P.C.'s practice is almost exclusively limited to representing investors against brokerage firms, and other matters related to the securities and investment industries. We have the necessary experience. Please click here to review Mr. Forman credentials, or click here to contact us.

I hired Bryan to help me with an issue with a financial institution. Bryan and his assistant Melody Bounds were professional and personal while resolving my situation. Bryan's experience and expertise were crucial in the positive outcome. Both he and Melody spent long hours researching and preparing my case. There was excellent communication during the process and they always kept me informed on the current events in my case. They treated me like family and not just a client. I would highly recommend Bryan Forman to represent anyone that needs legal representation regarding possible malpractice regarding investment fraud. Bryan will listen sincerely to your situation and give you his honest opinion on the validity of your case. John
