The Forman Law Firm, P. C. is headquartered in Tyler, Texas, and also maintains an office in Austin, Texas.

Because of the nature of FINRA arbitration and other arbitration forums such as American Arbitration Association, we frequently represent clients in many states and forums outside of Texas, but only after verifying the legal ability to represent the client in each forum that may be at issue.

In most arbitrations, our clients and we are not burdened by the time, expense or logistics of having to appear frequently in a local state or federal court, because arbitration is more streamlined, most hearings (except the final hearing) take place by telephone and don't involve a trip to the courthouse. Thus, it is often prudent for prospective clients from other states to engage us to represent them in arbitration.
